Eric Karich

Eric Karich is Senior Vice President and General Council. Eric Karich received a B.S. from the University of California in San Diego and a J.D. from the Boston University School of Law. Mr. Karich practices exclusively in the field of intellectual property, specializing in patent and trademark registration, licensing, and enforcement. Mr. Karichís experience includes positions with the intellectual property firm of Lyon & Lyon, the International Trade Commission (in the patent litigation office of the Office of Unfair Import Investigations), and Gauntlett & Associates. In 1996, Mr. Karich opened the Law Offices of Eric Karich to assist early stage ventures in protecting and leveraging their patent and trademark assets. Mr. Karich has served as legal counsel and vice president to Inventorís Forum, a non-profit dedicated to assisting early stage start-ups with protecting their patent assets; and is an active member of the Orange County Patent Law Association and the Patent Section of the California Bar Association. Mr. Karich is currently admitted for legal practice in California, in both state and federal courts, as well as before the Patent and Trademark Office.
